Q. Can you explain what "Extra Non Slip" is? Top
A. Extra non slip is a small velcro strip that keeps clips in better in fine baby hair.
Q. Which clip style do you recommend? Top
A. Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as thick. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable bow bands. French barrettes are good for older girls with thicker hair.
Q. How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape and not go flat? Top
A. Each one of our bows is treated before being sent out to ensure they hold their shape during shipping. This also allows the bow to stay full and loopy wear after wear. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops and spray with fabric starch if desired.
Q. When will my order be shipped? Top
A. All of our items are hand made to order, so there is a processing time before your order will be shipped. Please check our payments and shipping page for the most up to date processing times.
Q. Do you accept international orders? Top
A. Yes! International orders are more than welcome!
Q. What do you charge for shipping? Top
A. All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart using the most up to date USPS shipping rates. You may choose USPS First Class or USPS Priority.
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Top
A. Due to the nature of our items being hand made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error made on our part to your order. If this happens, please contact us so we can fix the problem immediately.
Q. How can I tell if my order has been shipped yet? Top
A. You can look your order up on our order tracking page. We're very good at changing the status of your order as soon as we ship it out so you can be sure that what you see in the order tracking is the most up to date information available.
Q. How will my bows/clips be packaged? Top
A. Your bows/clips will come securely attached to one of our custom bow/clip cards. They will be wrapped in our cute patterned tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy white box. Perfect for gift giving!
Q. I need my order quick, do you offer rush orders? Top
A. Yes! We will be happy to do all that we can to accommodate your rush order request. All rush orders will require a $10 rush ordering fee. Please email us prior to ordering so we can make sure we're able to meet your deadline.
Q. Are any of your products available for wholesale? Top
A. At this time we are not offering our products for wholesale. We take pride in our items having that special personal touch, so for that reason we do not choose to create items in bulk. By purchasing from 2 Lil Angels Boutique you agree that you will not resell our items.
Q. How are your bows made? Top
A. Each bow is hand made with top quality ribbon. The ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Each fold of the bow is hand sewn - we do not use wire in our bows. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although our bows and clips are made with superior quality, it is still important to never leave a baby unsupervised while wearing a bow or clip because some items do contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard.
